Manhattan Khol Kajal Eyeliner combines the features of a Kajal and an eyeliner - can be used like a Kajal, but soft enough to blend it perfectly for smokey eyes. With its creamy texture this product is easy to apply and is smudge free. You can use this eyeliner on the lower and upper edge of the eye lid to define your eyes. Also suitable for the waterline. With the intense black colour this product is perfect for a dramatic look.
