Manhatten Brow'Tastic Fill & sculpt Eyebrow Definer will give your brows a transformation. The dual ended product features a pencil with a triangular tip that creates super-precise hair like stroke. This will allow you to fill in any sparse areas to give definition. The spiral brush will help blend the pencil and combine the hairs into shape. This product is long lasting thanks to the waterproof formula.

The clean, vegan formula is also suitable for sensitive skin.

Step 1 : Determine the shape of your eyebrows by carefully marking the innermost, highest and outermost points.

Step 2 : Now use the tip of the Brow'Tastic Fill and Sculpt Eyebrow Definer to draw fine lines in the direction of growth of your natural brow hairs.

Step 3 : Now blend the Brow Filler with the brush by gently brushing it in the direction of growth.
