The Elizabeth Arden Beautiful Colour Brow Perfector is a 3-in-1 eyebrow colour which allows you to define, colour and sculpt your eyebrows with a natural looking finish. Draw hair-like strokes to create depth and definition with the 1.5mm micro-tip pencil. Fill in any sparse areas with the soft powder with the sponge applicator. Then blend, shape and groom with the spoolie brush for a polished, natural finish.
